Six-week Copilot engagement

Bring me your backlog.

Six weeks with your team and Microsoft 365 Copilot, focused on one process that is slowing your business down. We measure it before and after. No improvement, no fee.

Most teams are too busy working in the business to work on it.

Most successful businesses have a backlog somewhere. Contracts waiting for review. Client queries piling up in a shared inbox. Month-end packs that always land a day late.

Copilot training helps people learn the tool, but on its own it rarely shifts a queue like that. The backlog is built into how the work flows, and the people who could fix it are too busy clearing it.

This engagement gives one team protected time to step back. Together we measure the process, find where the time goes, and build a better way of doing it with Copilot. Your people learn Copilot on their real work. You get a process that has measurably improved.

Six weeks. One backlog. A measured result.

1
Week 1

Understand

An AI and Copilot briefing for senior management, and practical training for the team.

2
Weeks 1 to 2

Measure and map

Establish the baseline: backlog, throughput, handling time and rework. Map the work and pinpoint the difficult or time-consuming tasks.

3
Week 3

Co-create

Build a practical, Copilot-assisted way of working with the people who perform the process.

4
Weeks 4 to 5

Test

Run real cases through the current and new approaches, checking both time and quality.

5
Week 6

Adopt and prove

Embed the new method and report the change against the agreed baseline.

What makes a good fit, and what each side brings

A good fit

  • A visible queue, backlog or capacity constraint
  • Work that includes difficult or time-consuming tasks Copilot could assist with
  • Work that lives mainly in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • A team available to test real cases
  • Management support for measuring the baseline

What you provide

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for each team member
  • A named process owner with time to lead the work
  • A team of up to eight people
  • About two hours per team member each week
  • Access to the data needed for the baseline

What you receive

  • A mapped and measured process
  • A tested Copilot-assisted way of working
  • Team training using the live process
  • Before-and-after evidence of the change
  • A concise findings report for management

It will not suit every queue. If the work is stuck inside a line-of-business system that Copilot cannot reach, Copilot cannot help much, and the suitability review will tell us so before anyone commits.

No improvement, no fee.

Before the work begins, we agree in writing the improvement measure and the quality threshold it must meet. If we do not demonstrate that improvement in the selected process, you pay no fee.

Each engagement takes real time, so I am offering these introductory terms to two businesses only.

Your data stays in your tenant. All work takes place inside your own Microsoft 365 environment, under your existing permissions and compliance settings. Copilot only sees what each team member is already allowed to see.

Start with a 60-minute suitability review

We will check whether the backlog is measurable, whether the work is accessible through Microsoft 365, and whether Copilot could improve it without building new systems.
